SHIPPING METHOD & COST
Complimentary ground shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or LTL similar service of our choosing.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Standard ground shipping takes roughly 7-10 business days to arrive after your order has shipped. All dates are estimates and may vary.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most online orders placed before 11 a.m. PT Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT Monday through Friday are generally not processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on a Friday are generally not processed until the following Monday. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or any federal holidays.
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipment tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed. Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped, and you'll receive an email when that has occurred.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
Kingston Brass doesn’t offer “white glove service” or assist with product installation. All deliveries are curb-side service with or without a lift gate. You are responsible for the delivery of all products inside the garage, home, or on the driveway.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Your order will leave our warehouse in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please visit our Returns page for information on how to submit a claim.
